LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston will celebrate America’s birthday on July 4th with their indoor fireworks light display that plays every three minutes in MINILAND®, the mini-version of Boston landmarks made entirely out of LEGO® bricks, and patriotic builds that will be on display.
Ian Coffey, LEGOLAND® Discovery Center Boston’s Master Model Builder, created an Uncle Sam mosaic which took approximately 10 hours and is made out of 2,000 bricks. The mosaic will be on display in the main lobby for all visitors, free of charge, to view.
In addition, inside MINILAND® is the Hatch Shell along the Esplanade that will be set-up with the Boston Pops playing their Fourth of July concert and the cheering audience, all out of LEGO® MINIFIGURES.
LEGOLAND Discovery Center Boston is open Sunday-Thursday 10 am-7 pm, Friday and Saturday, 10 am-9 pm. Advance tickets are suggested to guarantee admission and can be purchased online at www.legolanddiscoverycenter.com/boston
