At Brady Academy we work with families to ensure the education, practice and enjoyment of Irish Dance is affordable, fun, and a positive experience specifically tailored to each dancer's needs.
The Brady Academy was founded in 2005 under the direction of Brendan Brady TCRG (Certified Teacher) and ADCRG (Adjudicator). Brendan is a former World Champion holding various titles which include: The All Irelands, and All England's Dance Championships. Brendan began teaching in Galway, Ireland and now wishes to keep Irish dance tradition alive in the Squantum area of Quincy, MA. He is registered with An Coimisiún le Rincí Gaelacha in Dublin, Ireland. He is also a member of the Irish Dance Teachers Association of New England and North America.
In just 10 short years, our dancers have achieved great success in the competitive arena. Some of their accomplishments include: New England Regional Titles, Traditional Set Titles, top placements at the North American Championships, and dancers who have medaled internationally at the All Irelands and the World Irish Dance Championships.
Our mission is to share our love for the traditional art of Irish dance and music through our experiences in a supportive and friendly environment. All dancers, from beginners to champions, are instructed and encouraged to gain confidence throughout performing, competing, or just dance for the love of it!
Irish dance is a great sport no matter what direction you choose to take. Children utilize the academy for recreation, socialization, and great exercise that builds both self-esteem and discipline. Others utilize the school for competitive purposes, which offers opportunities to compete locally and on the World stage. The Brady Academy holds both types of dancers of equal importance.
Brady Academy prides itself on its communication with parents, personal attention, and sense of accomplishments for each dancer.
Brady Academy is currently accepting all levels of dancing. Boys and girls, from beginners to advanced levels, are welcome. The academy facilitates friendships, confidence, and competition to every member.
