Office Help Wanted!!

Entertainment Company South of Boston is currently seeking office help for its operations.

This part time position is for between 15 and 25 hours per week and consists of weekday hours (a perfect opportunity for a retiree or someone who requires a "Mother's Hours" position.) Hours are flexible and scheduling will be discussed with qualified candidates during a formal interview.

Duties will include:
• General office tasks, including (but not limited to) answering telephones, preparing mailings to our prospective and current customers and filing.
• Responding to prospective and current customer inquiries via telephone, mail and e-mail as necessary
• Assisting management with maintaining positive customer service practices.
• Scheduling of appointments and certain workflow to entertainers and staff
• Utilizing our lead services via computer to edit prospective lead lists and preparing mailings and e-mails as necessary
• Light bookkeeping 
• Other tasks and special projects as assigned

What we are looking for:
• Someone who can work weekday hours (3 or 4 days a week, mornings into afternoon)
• Flexibility
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office and Internet applications)
• Outgoing, positive attitude
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks and strong organization skills
• Have reliable transportation
• Have good attention to detail and follow through skills
• Able to work independently in an effective manner
• Good telephone skills
• Must have high school diploma (or equivalent)
