Quick & Easy Weekday Dinner: Chicken Stroganoff

By Sponsored Article Content May 18, 2017

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids in sports, scouts and school. Sometimes it gets so hard to fit cooking dinner into the equation. That's when I try to go to a quick but yummy recipe for dinner. Chicken Stroganoff would be our #1 go-to recipe.

We love to use Hood Sour Cream because it makes a creamy sauce and turns a simple recipe into a sensational one. Did you know that  Hood Sour Cream has been a trusted brand for years? I know personally my family has for years, so I feel confident serving it to family and friends. Remember to visit HoodSourCream.com for more recipes.

First, you need:

12 oz. Bag of Egg Noodles

1 lb. of Ground Chicken

10.5 oz. Can of Cream of Chicken Soup

16 oz. Tub of Hood All Natural Sour Cream

Make sure to cook the egg noodles to instructions on the package. While you are cooking the noodles, brown the ground chicken with some salt, pepper and onion powder. Once the chicken is browned, add the can of cream of chicken soup until it bubbles. Add the tub of sour cream into the mixture and bring back to a bubble. Scoop the cooked egg noodles into a bowl and pour the chicken mixture on top.

Note - I received Hood products for the purpose of this review. The opinions expressed are entirely my own.
